Refund And Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how SAN Trades handles membership cancellations, renewal timing, billing issues, and refund requests for its informational trading alerts membership.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your SAN Trades membership before your next billing date to prevent future renewal charges. When you cancel, your membership will remain active through the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise stated at the time of cancellation.

Canceling a membership stops future renewals only. It does not automatically reverse charges that have already been processed for the current billing period.

Refund Policy

Because SAN Trades provides digital access, time-sensitive market content, and informational membership benefits that become available immediately after purchase, all sales are generally final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis when there is a verified technical issue on our side that prevented access and could not be reasonably resolved. Approval of any exception remains at our sole discretion unless otherwise required by law.

Duplicate Charges And Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged more than once in error or experienced a clear billing mistake, contact us promptly at alerts@santrades.com with the email used at checkout and a description of the issue.

We may request reasonable documentation so we can investigate with our payment processor and determine whether a correction, refund, or account adjustment is appropriate.

Chargebacks And Access Suspension

If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated, SAN Trades may suspend or revoke access while the matter is under review. We reserve the right to contest disputes we believe are inconsistent with this policy or with the access already delivered.

If a chargeback is resolved in your favor, access may remain revoked unless a new purchase is completed in accordance with our current policies.
